Welcome to SLBL, a community dedicated to helping those who have been/are in abusive relationships, weather they are with a partner or a family member, or suffer from depression or self harm.
With this community we hope to assist those who are in an abusive relationship to come forward and provide them with the help and support they need, and any other contacts they may need. We also want to help the friends of people in abusive relationships, with ways they can help and support them.
With depression and self harm, we want to help anyone who does inflict harm upon themselves or feels depressed in any way.

In short, SLBL is a community formed to help anyone with abuse, self harm or depression of any form and is here to help anyone or knows anyone who is any of these three things.
